Shipping:
1. When shipping a work of art to you, my goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and for your artwork to arrive safely and without any issues. If you have any questions, please contact me before making a purchase at helenlenaart@gmail.com.

Please note: International shipments to certain countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs according to local laws. I do not control or assume responsibility for these costs.

Before ordering an artwork, all buyers are advised to familiarize themselves with the customs duties and taxes of their country, as these charges are mandatory and non-refundable.The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, VAT, or sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.

Any inspections and fees charged by local customs authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.
If an artwork is returned due to non-payment of import duties or taxes, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The buyer is responsible for resolving any unpaid import charges with the relevant authorities.
Refunds are issued only after the return shipping cost has been confirmed.

2. If the artwork is delivered to you without damage, the sale is considered final and refunds are not accepted.
3. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the artwork in terms of material and color. However, images may vary slightly due to differences in browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any discrepancy between the displayed image and the actual artwork is not considered a defect, and minor variations are not grounds for a return.
4. Each artwork is carefully packed using impact-resistant, multi-layer protective materials designed to ensure safe transportation.
5. Every artwork is accompanied by a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.
6. The artworks are shipped either stretched on a wooden frame or rolled in a tube, removed from the stretcher. For large-scale artworks, please contact me before purchasing to discuss the most cost-effective shipping options. In many cases, the safest and most economical solution is to carefully remove the canvas from the stretcher bars and ship it rolled in a secure tube. Upon receipt, you will need to have the canvas re-stretched by a local framing studio or gallery.
7. Shipping costs are added to the artwork price at checkout and depend on the size of the work and your location. Shipping fees may also vary depending on the selected carrier and their size or weight restrictions.
8. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive full tracking information along with an estimated delivery date. International delivery times may vary and may be delayed due to customs inspections.
9. You may track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link. In case of any delays, you are always welcome to contact me by email.
10. All artworks are shipped with complete and accurate customs documentation for international delivery.
11. Each securely packaged artwork is shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In rare cases of delay, I will contact you immediately.
12. You may pay using Mastercard, or Visa.
Returns:
1. If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery. Take photos and a video of the unpacking process and contact me within 24 hours so we can assess the issue. Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

To document the damage, please send the following to my email:
  • A video showing all damage to the artwork and packaging during unpacking
  • Photos of the damaged artwork
  • Photos of the damaged outer and inner packaging
  • A clear photo of the shipping label on the package

2. I will notify you once I receive and inspect the returned artwork and will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact me by email.
3. If damage or discrepancies are discovered that were not reported upon delivery, only a partial refund may be issued.
4. Once a return has been approved, the buyer is responsible for securely packaging the artwork and arranging return shipment. All return shipping costs and any additional transportation-related fees are paid by the buyer.
